These are practical draft terms for the registration experience. Final admission, cancellation, pricing, and liability language should be legally reviewed before launch.
Registration and admission
Registration is subject to availability, accurate attendee information, and confirmation by the organiser. A generated pass does not override venue capacity, safety requirements, eligibility rules, or an attendee's failure to comply with these terms.
Pass use
Each digital pass and QR code is issued to one registered attendee. It must not be duplicated, resold, transferred, or posted publicly. The organiser may request identification and may reject a pass that appears altered, duplicated, cancelled, or fraudulently obtained.
Programme changes
Dates, venue, speakers, sessions, timings, formats, sponsors, and access arrangements may change. Material updates should be communicated through the attendee's registered contact details and published event channels.
Conduct and safety
Attendees must follow venue rules, staff instructions, applicable law, and a respectful code of conduct. Harassment, unsafe behaviour, unauthorised selling, disruption, or misuse of attendee information may result in removal without re-entry.
Photography and recordings
The event may be photographed or recorded for documentation and promotion. The organiser should provide a clear opt-out or assistance process where required by law or event policy.
