Event terms
These terms govern registration, passes, admission and conduct for Capital Nexus 2.0.
Registration and admission
Registration is subject to availability, accurate attendee information and confirmation by the organiser. A generated pass does not override venue capacity, safety requirements, eligibility rules or compliance with these terms.
Pass use
Each digital pass and QR code is issued to one registered attendee. It must not be duplicated, resold, transferred or posted publicly. The organiser may request identification and may reject an altered, duplicated, cancelled or fraudulently obtained pass.
Programme and access changes
Programme details, speakers, sessions, timings, sponsors and access arrangements may change where operationally necessary. Material updates are communicated through registered contact details or verified public event channels.
Conduct and safety
Attendees must follow venue rules, staff instructions and applicable law. Harassment, unsafe behaviour, disruption, unauthorised selling or misuse of attendee information may result in removal and refusal of re-entry.
Photography and recordings
The event may be photographed or recorded for documentation and promotion. Attendees requiring assistance regarding photography or recording should contact an authorised event team.
