This notice explains how Capital Nexus uses information submitted for registration, access control and event operations.
Information collected
Capital Nexus may collect registration details including name, email address, phone number, city, organisation, designation, attendee type, startup stage, interests, consent record, pass code and check-in status.
How information is used
Information is used to administer attendance, issue and validate entry credentials, operate check-in, send essential event communication, prevent duplicate or fraudulent access and support event safety and planning.
Authorised processing
Access is limited to authorised event personnel and service providers required for hosting, database storage, communication, ticketing, analytics or security. Attendee data is not presented as a public directory.
Retention and security
Registration information is retained only for legitimate event administration, security, accounting or legal requirements, then deleted or anonymised under the organiser's retention process. Administrative access is role-restricted and audited.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. Essential messages may still be sent while a registration remains active.
