Privacy notice

This launch-ready template explains how attendee information is used. The organising entity should review and approve it before publication.

Information collected

Capital Nexus may collect the information submitted through registration, including your name, email address, phone number, city, organisation, designation, attendee type, startup stage, interests, consent record, pass code, and check-in status.

How information is used

Registration information is used to administer attendance, generate and validate entry passes, operate event check-in, send essential event communication, curate networking, prevent duplicate or fraudulent access, and improve future editions.

Sharing and processors

Information may be processed by authorised event staff and service providers used for hosting, database storage, email delivery, analytics, ticketing, or security. Attendee data should not be sold. Any sponsor data-sharing programme should require separate, explicit consent.

Retention and security

Information should be retained only for the event administration period and legitimate post-event requirements, then deleted or anonymised according to the organiser's approved retention schedule. Access to registration data should be restricted to authorised personnel.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your registration information, subject to legal and operational requirements. Essential messages related to the event may still be sent while your registration remains active.
